(EN): The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a black powder which enables the achievement of higher voltage-resistant performance; and a method for producing the black powder. The black powder according to the present disclosure is composed of carbon-containing silica particles. Each of the silica particles has a single-layer structure. The content of carbon in the surface of each of the silica particles is 1% by mass or less. The content of carbon in the surface of each of the silica particles can be measured by an X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy method.
(FR): La présente invention aborde le problème de fournir : une poudre noire qui permet d'obtenir des performances de resistance à la tension plus élevées ; et une méthode de production de la poudre noire. La poudre noire selon la présente invention est composée de particules de silice contenant du carbone. Chacune des particules de silice a une structure monocouche. La teneur en carbone dans la surface de chacune des particules de silice est de 1 % en masse ou moins. La teneur en carbone dans la surface de chacune des particules de silice peut être mesurée par une méthode de spectroscopie photoélectronique des rayons X.
