(EN): The present invention addresses the problem of providing a curable composition for coating which, even when used to form a coating on a substrate made of a low-surface-energy material such as polyolefin, exhibits good adhesion to the substrate and good surface curability for the coating. This curable composition for coating is a composition containing a polymer (a), a monomer (b), and a curing catalyst (c). The curing catalyst (c) is an organoborane-amine complex (c-1) or a mixture (c-2) of a transition metal salt of a carboxylic acid and a tertiary amino group-containing polyamine, and contains the components in specific amounts.
