(EN): The present invention relates to a method for detecting small RNAs or proteins associated with the small RNAs. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for detecting small RNAs or proteins associated with the small RNAs using a single nucleic acid which has a structure of X-Y-Z and consists of base sequences capable of complementary binding with all or a part of the base sequence of small RNAs to be detected. Since the present invention can quickly and accurately detect small RNAs or proteins associated with the small RNAs, the present invention can be usefully used for diagnosis of various diseases and diagnosis of prognosis.
(FR): La présente invention concerne un procédé de détection de petits ARN ou de protéines associées aux petits ARN. Plus spécifiquement, la présente invention concerne un procédé de détection de petits ARN ou de protéines associés aux petits ARN utilisant un seul acide nucléique qui a une structure X-Y-Z et est constitué de séquences de bases capables de se lier par complémentarité avec la totalité ou une partie de la séquence de bases des petits ARN à détecter. La présente invention pouvant permettre la détection rapide et précise de petits ARN ou de protéines associées aux petits ARN, la présente invention peut être utilement utilisée pour le diagnostic de diverses maladies et le diagnostic de pronostic.
(KO): 본 발명은 소형 RNA 또는 소형 RNA와 연관된 단백질을 탐지하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 X-Y-Z의 구조를 가지며, 탐지하고자 하는 소형 RNA(small RNA)의 전체 또는 일부 염기서열과 상보적 결합이 가능한 염기서열로 구성된 단일핵산을 사용하여 소형 RNA 또는 소형 RNA와 연관된 단백질을 탐지하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의할 경우 소형 RNA(small RNA) 또는 상기 소형 RNA(small RNA)와 연관된 단백질을 신속하고 정확하게 탐지할 수 있으므로, 다양한 질병의 진단 및 예후 진단에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
