(57) Abstract:
(EN): A system for guided implantoplasty, comprising a drilling body that can rotate axially about the longitudinal axis thereof, the drilling body being equipped with at least one rough grinding portion; an elongate guide body that can be positioned longitudinally in and partially projecting from the inside of a prosthetic fastening hole of an implant, the guide body comprising fastening means that can be linked to the prosthetic fastening hole, wherein the drilling body and the guide body are configured such that they are complementary to each other, such that there is a male-female relationship between them when in use. The invention also relates to a method for guided implantoplasty.
(FR): L'invention concerne un système d'implantoplastie guidée qui comprend un corps de fraisage pouvant tourner axialement sur son axe longitudinal, le corps de fraisage comprenant au moins une partie de dégrossissage ; un corps de guidage allongé pouvant être positionné dans le sens longitudinal dans un orifice de fixation prothétique d'un implant et pouvant dépasser partiellement de l'intérieur de celui-ci, le corps de guidage comprenant des moyens de fixation pouvant être reliés à l'orifice de fixation prothétique ; le corps de fraisage et le corps de guidage étant conçus de façon complémentaire l'un par rapport à l'autre de façon que soit définie une relation mâle-femelle entre ceux-ci en condition d'utilisation. Dans un autre aspect, l'invention concerne un procédé d'implantoplastie guidée.
(ES): Sistema de implantoplastia guiada que comprende un cuerpo de fresado susceptible de rotar axialmente sobre su eje longitudinal, estando dotado el cuerpo de fresado con al menos una porción de desbaste; un cuerpo de guiado alargado susceptible de posicionarse longitudinalmente en y de sobresalir parcialmente del interior de un orificio de fijación protésica de un implante, el cuerpo de guiado comprendiendo unos medios de fijación vinculables al orificio de fijación protésica, en el que el cuerpo de fresado y el cuerpo de guiado están configurados de forma complementaria entre sí tal que se define una relación machihembrada entre ellos en una condición de uso; otro objeto de la invención se refiere a un procedimiento de implantoplastia guiada.
