(ZH) 本发明涉及一种硅切割废料的回收与提纯方法,属于硅材料的二次资源循环利用的技术领域。本发明将硅锭切割过程产生的硅废浆料进行固液分离并烘干得到固态硅废料;将CaO、SiO2、助熔剂混合均匀得到造渣剂;将造渣剂与固态硅废料混合均匀,并置于中频感应炉中,抽真空然后通入氩气,在氩气氛围条件下加热至温度为1450~1700℃,恒温熔炼0.5~4h,随炉冷却得到熔块;采用金刚石线切割法将熔块的硅渣分离即得高纯硅。本发明利用全火法流程对硅切割废料进行感应炉造渣精炼处理,将分离与提纯放在同一个操作步骤中,实现了硅锭切割过程中含硅废料的综合回收与提纯处理,具有生产能力大、综合回收率高的特点,变废为宝,可降低太阳能发电成本,有利于太阳能技术的推广。
