KGaA P07262 - 1 - Abstract (Fig. 1) The invention relates to an electric sensor assembly comprising a shunt resistance el- ement (2) with a first conducting member (4) and a second conducting member (6) connected to said shunt resistance element (2), a measurement unit for measuring an electric current flowing through said shunt resistance element (2) and/or an electric voltage between a first side (2.1) and a second side (2.2) of said shunt resistance ele- ment (2), whereat said measurement unit is mechanically and electrically connected to said first conducting member (4) with at least one first shunt terminal (8) and to said second conducting member (6) with at least one second shunt terminal (10). In order to enhance the quality of measurement of the electric current flowing through said shunt resistance element (2) and/or of the electric voltage between said first side (2.1) and said second side (2.2) of said shunt resistance element (2), said shunt re- sistance element (2) is made from a different material compared to said first and sec- ond conducting members (4, 6) and said at least one first shunt terminal (8) is me- chanically and electrically connected to said first conducting member (4) and said at least one second shunt terminal (10) is mechanically and electrically connected to said second conducting member (6) via ultrasonic welding. Furthermore, the invention relates to a battery management system and a motor vehi- cle.

(FR) L'invention concerne un ensemble capteur électrique comprenant un élément de résistance de shunt (2) comprenant un premier organe conducteur (4) et un second organe conducteur (6) connecté audit élément de résistance de shunt (2), une unité de mesure permettant de mesurer un courant électrique circulant à travers ledit élément de résistance de shunt (2) et/ou une tension électrique entre un premier côté (2.1) et un second côté (2.2) dudit élément de résistance de shunt (2), ladite unité de mesure étant reliée mécaniquement et électriquement audit premier organe conducteur (4) à l'aide d'au moins une première borne de shunt (8) et audit second organe conducteur (6) à l'aide d'au moins une seconde borne de shunt (10). Afin d'améliorer la qualité de mesure du courant électrique circulant à travers ledit élément de résistance de shunt (2) et/ou de la tension électrique entre ledit premier côté (2.1) et ledit second côté (2.2) dudit élément de résistance de shunt (2), ledit élément de résistance de shunt (2) est fabriqué à partir d'un matériau différent par rapport auxdits premier et second organes conducteurs (4, 6) et lesdites premières bornes de shunt (8) sont reliées mécaniquement et électriquement audit premier organe conducteur (4) et lesdites secondes bornes de shunt (10) sont reliées mécaniquement et électriquement audit second organe conducteur (6) par l'intermédiaire d'un soudage par ultrasons. L'invention concerne en outre un système de gestion de batterie et un véhicule à moteur.
