Title: METHOD FOR PREPARING THREE-DIMENSIONAL GRAPHENE/MOS2 COMPOSITE MATERIAL
Abstract:
A method for preparing a three-dimensional graphene/MoS2 composite material. The method comprises the steps of: 1) preparing three-dimensional graphene; 2) preparing a reaction solution: preparing a molybdate and deionized solution, then adding thioacetamide into the reaction solution, and forming a homogeneous solution after full dissolution; and 3) carrying out a hydrothermal reaction and annealing: dipping the three-dimensional graphene into the reaction solution, and allowing the reaction solution to be subjected to a hydrothermal reaction; after the reaction ends, taking out the three-dimensional graphene, and repeatedly rinsing the three-dimensional graphene; and placing the rinsed three-dimensional graphene into an environment fully protected by an inert gas, and carrying out annealing, so as to obtain the MoS2 composite material uniformly-carried on the surface of the three-dimensional graphene. The specific surface area of the three-dimensional graphene used in the method is hundreds of thousands of times higher that of two-dimensional graphene; on the composite material prepared by using the three-dimensional graphene, MoS2 is uniformly distributed on the surface of the three-dimensional graphene, thereby proving good dispersibility; MoS2 nano particles are prevented from being aggregated during a cycling process, and the restacking of the graphene is also effectively prevented, thereby improving the cycling stability.
