(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Anlage zum industriellen Anbauen, Ziehen, Ernten, Waschen, Verpacken, Etikettieren und Kühllagern von Pflanzen, insbesondere Salaten, Gemüsen oder Feldfrüchten aller Art. Die Anlage schliesst ein Gebäude ein, mit einem gesonderten Kultivationsraum (10) mit Fördermitteln in Form von zylindrischen Rollen, auf welchen je eine Reihe von Pflanzenbehältern (1) einheitlicher Grösse auf hier drei Etagen (A,B,C) langsam über eine Kultivationsperiode der Pflanzen hinweg über die Länge des Kultivationsraums (10) hin förderbar ist. Auf jeder Etage gibt es drei bis vier Ebenen mit Pflanzenbehältern von je 2m x 1 m Grösse und 40cm Tiefe. Es sind 25 Bahnen aus je einer Doppelreihe angeordnet, getrennt durch begehbare Laufstege (7) von ca. 80cm Breite. Oberhalb der jeweiligen Pflanzenbehälter (1) ist eine Sprinkleranlage installiert, sowie Heiz- und Beleuchtungsmittel zur Beheizung und Beleuchtung der Pflanzen. Um den Kultivationsraum (10) herum sind weitere Räume für das Setzen, Ernten, Waschen, Trocknen, Verpacken, Kühllagern der Pflanzen sowie für das Rezyklieren des Humus für eine neue Kultivationsperiode angegliedert.
