Abstract:
A mass spectrometric detection and analysis method, comprising: selecting one or more parameters as perturbation conditions of a mass spectrometer for performing detection, setting a set of differing values for the perturbation conditions, performing detection on a test substance using the mass spectrometer with the differing values of the perturbation conditions to obtain a set of mass spectrometric data; performing calculation on the obtained set of mass spectrometric data using a minimum entropy algorithm to obtain independent ions in the mass spectrometric data and dynamic processes thereof; and performing mass spectrometric analysis on the basis of the obtained independent ions and the dynamic processes thereof. The method can quickly and accurately perform qualitative analysis on the test substance, especially on substances that are difficult to distinguish with existing mass spectrometric techniques such as isomers and homologues, and the difference between the dynamic processes can be used to perform analysis and thereby determine the nature of such substances.
