Bei einer Vorrichtung zum dosierten Zuführen einer fliessfähige Masse, insbesondere einer fetthaltigen Masse zur Herstellung von Produkten im Confiseriebereich, beispielsweise zu einer Düse zum Ausbringen der Masse in eine Form, wobei die Masse durch eine Eintrittsöffnung (13) in eine Kammer (8) gelangt, aus der sie mittels eines Stössels (7, 7.1, 7.2) durch eine Austrittsöffnung (14) ausbringbar ist, und wobei dem Stössel (7) ein Drehkolben (12) zugeordnet ist, welcher in einer Gebrauchslage die Austrittsöffnung (14) und in einer weiteren Gebrauchslage die Eintrittsöffnung (13) verschliesst, soll der Drehkolben (12) eine Ausnehmung (16 bis 19) aufweisen, die von einer Stirnkante (15) des Drehkolbens (12) zu seiner Mantelfläche (25) hin verläuft.

The invention relates to a device for metering out a flowable mass, especially a mass containing fat, for producing confectionery products, for example to a nozzle for extruding a mass into a mold. The mass traverses an inlet opening (13) and enters a chamber (8) from where it can be extruded through an outlet opening (14) by means of a plunger (7). A rotary piston (12) is associated with the plunger (7) and closes the outlet opening (14) in a position of use and the inlet opening (13) in a second position of use. The invention is characterized in that the rotary piston (12) has a recessed portion (16 to 19) which extends from a front edge (15) of the rotary piston (12) towards its peripheral surface (25).

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'amenée dosée d'une masse fluide, en particulier d'une masse contenant de la matière grasse pour fabriquer des produits de confiserie, par exemple jusqu'à une buse destinée à distribuer la masse dans un moule. Ladite masse pénètre par une ouverture d'entrée (13) dans une chambre (8) de laquelle elle peut être extraite par une ouverture de sortie (14) au moyen d'un piston plongeur (7, 7.1, 7.2), auquel est associé un piston rotatif (12) qui obture l'ouverture de sortie (14) lorsqu'il se trouve dans une première position d'utilisation et l'ouverture d'entrée (13) lorsqu'il se trouve dans une deuxième position d'utilisation. Selon l'invention, le piston rotatif (12) présente un évidement (16 à 19) qui s'étend d'un bord avant (15) jusqu'à la surface latérale (25) du piston rotatif (12).
