Wärmetauscher und heliothermische Flachkollektormodule, bestehend aus Trägerpaneelen aus Zink, Kupfer oder Aluminium und damit durch Löten verbundenen Kapillarrohren aus einem anderen, nicht oder nur schwer zu lötendem Werkstoff sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest die miteinander verbundenen Teilbereiche aus nicht oder nur schwer zu lötendem Material eine Zwischenschicht aus Zink mit bis zu 30 Gew.-% Aluminium aufweisen.

Heat exchangers and flat solar thermal collector modules comprise support panels (1) made of zinc, copper or aluminum, and capillary tubes (2) which are connected to the support panels at least in some partial areas by soldering and are made of a different material that is impossible or difficult to solder. An Independent claim is also included for the production of the above heat exchangers and flat solar thermal collector modules by applying a metallic adhesive layer (3) at least on the partial areas to be joined that are impossible or difficult to solder, and by soldering these parts together. Preferred Features: The capillary tubes are made of high-grade steel, copper or plastic. The adhesive layer is made of zinc or a zinc alloy and is applied by dipping in liquid zinc or by thermal spraying. A zinc-based solder layer (4) is applied onto the adhesive layer by spraying, dipping or galvanization.
