This invention relates to immunology, medicine, and pharmacology and concerns production of inactivated influenza vaccines which can be used in vaccination of the population of Russia against influenza. The method for producing a drug intended to treat influenza comprises inoculating embryonated chicken eggs with influenza virus, incubating the inoculated embryonated eggs, cooling the incubated embryonated eggs, harvesting viral allantoic fluid (VAF), processing the VAF for disaggregation and then inactivation thereof, subjecting the VAF to microfiltration on two cascade cartridges and then to ultrafiltration and purification in a sucrose density gradient, the purified inactivated viral concentrate is split using octyl-beta-glucoside detergent, virions that failed to split and ribonucleoprotein complexes with membrane protein are isolated by means of ultracentrifugation, the final purification of the isolated antigens is carried out using a chromatographic carrier, following which a stabilizing agent is added to the antigens produced. The method differs from the known one in that the inactivation of the viral activity is performed in the VAF processing step by using beta-propiolactone disinfectant, the virus disaggregation during the VAF processing is carried out using sodium chloride in a final concentration, and the final purification of the antigens is carried out using chromatographic carrier WorkBeads 40/100/sec (Bio-works, Sweden), followed by stabilizing with Triton X-100 detergent at a concentration of 100-300 µg/ml. A drug for treating influenza, which is produced by the above-mentioned method, is also proposed.

The invention relates to a large, portable, foldable support which is used to read a document. According to the invention, the documents are fixed inside the inventive support such that they can be read and consulted more quickly and such that individual pages can be spread out and moved more easily. Moreover, folds are provided in the planar element and, with the aid of clip-type stiffeners which can be moved and slid to different positions along the edges thereof, the element can be opened out by placing stiffeners on the folds (Fig. 1, Fig. 4 and Fig. 7) or folded completely (Fig. 9) by moving the stiffeners away from said folds. In the latter configuration, the support is reduced to a size that is suitable for transporting documents therein (Fig. 9). Furthermore, in a certain configuration (Fig. 7), stiffeners are not required, the support being surrounded by the newspaper.

The invention relates to an improved synergistic composition for the control and/or elimination of weeds, characterised in that it comprises: a) between 20 and 72% glyphosate; b) between 15% and 67% of at least one amino acid or a mixture or some or all of the essential amino acids; c) 8% of a diluent; and d) 5% of a surfactant, the total quantity of the components adding up to 100%. The percentages of each component in the composition of the present invention provide a synergistic effect that provides improved effectiveness in the control of weeds, as a result of an increased permeability of the cell membrane, which stimulates the absorption of glyphosate, acting systemically on the weeds, for which reason the subject of the invention is considered novel and inventive because it does solve the problem of the resistance to glyphosate. The composition of the present invention also ensures the control of any type of weed, both monocotyledonous (thin leaf) and dicotyledonous (wide leaf).
