By decompressing and expanding the gas obtained from the separation and thus lowering the temperature thereof, a gas-liquid mixture is obtained, and the gas-liquid mixture and the gas are introduced into a natural gas distillation column 174 and distilled to discharge methane and a heavy component. A rectification unit 2 separates, from the heavy component, absorption liquid main components which include butane and isopentane and are for absorbing the benzene in the natural gas. Natural gas from a natural gas supply line 101 and an absorption liquid containing the absorption liquid main components are brought into contact, and the benzene contained in the natural gas is absorbed by the absorption liquid.

The method of the present invention has proven to be effective in generating castor oil plants lacking ricin protein, or with a low expression level of said protein, allowing use of the seeds from the castor oil plant for producing detoxified cakes, for use in animal feed or fertilizers, as well as allowing production thereof in countries with restrictions due to the toxicity of ricin. Thus, a method and kit for identifying transformed plants containing the gene constructs provided herein are also provided.

The ink also includes water, making it suitable for use with some inkjet printers. Because the pigment is not dissolved in the humectant or the water, it forms an image on the surface of a printed side of a substrate. The slow evaporation rate of the humectant allows it to carry the ink through a thickness of a substrate so that it is visible on a non-printed side of the substrate.
