(EN) The invention relates to the technical field of while-drilling sound-wave logging and provides an integrated while-drilling sound-wave receiving energy converter sealing device. A receiving energy converter is directly arranged in a signal processing circuit, the signal processing circuit is mounted in an inner support, and the inner support is sleeved with a rectangular corrugated pipe; one faceof the corrugated pipe is a deformable face of a corrugated structure, and the corrugated pipe is filled with an oil body; the receiving energy converter is arranged on one side of the deformable face; damping rubber is of a U-shaped structure; and one end of a connecting unit is connected with the signal processing circuit, and the other end of the connecting unit is connected with a main controlcircuit in a while-drilling instrument. According to the integrated while-drilling sound-wave receiving energy converter sealing device, an integrated sealing structure is adopted, and mounting is convenient in structure; a corrugated pipe sealing structure is adopted, and hydraulic balance with external slurry is formed; a fixing cover plate of the sealing device is of a light and thin structure, so that the penetrability of sound waves is improved, and the receiving sensitivity is improved accordingly; and the structure design is reasonable and novel, and the application prospects are wide.
(ZH) 本发明涉及随钻声波测井技术领域,提供了一种一体化随钻声波接收换能器封装装置,接收换能器直接设置于信号处理电路,信号处理电路安装于内支撑架,内支撑架套入矩形波纹管;波纹管一面为波纹结构的可变形面,内部填充油体;接收换能器设置于可变形面一侧;减震橡胶为U型结构;连接单元一端与信号处理电路连接,另一端与随钻仪器内部主控电路连接。本发明采用一体化封装结构,结构上便于安装;换能器直接安装在电路板上,在换能器接收到信号时可实时处理,减少了信号干扰;采用波纹管封装结构,与外部泥浆构成液压平衡;封装装置的固定盖板采用轻薄结构,提高了声波的穿透性,进而提高了接收灵敏度;结构设计合理、新颖、应用前景广阔。
