The gelatin-based micro-nanofiber membrane material is composed of micro-nanofiber composed of 2-98 wt% of gelatin, 2-98 wt% of other biomolecule, 0-40 wt% of additive, 0-40 wt% of emulgator and 0-40 wt% of medicine. According to the arrangement, the conventional electrostatic spinning machine is modified, and a spiral-plate electrostatic spinning machine, a spring-type electrostatic spinning machine, a drum-type electrostatic spinning machine, a screw-type electrostatic spinning machine, a rotary-shaft electrostatic spinning machine or a gear-type electrostatic spinning machine used for processing the gelatin-based micro-nanofiber membrane material is achieved.
(ZH) 本发明涉及无针电纺制备的明胶基微纳米纤维膜材料及其制备方法和用途,以及涉及用于制备明胶基微纳米纤维膜材料的静电纺丝机。本发明通过无针静电纺丝制备得到的明胶基微纳米纤维膜材料,其构成明胶基微纳米纤维膜的微纳米纤维的成分是由明胶、其它生物分子、添加剂、乳化剂和药物组成;明胶的含量为2~98wt%,其它生物分子的含量为2~98wt%,添加剂的含量为0~40wt%,乳化剂的含量为0~40wt%,药物的含量为0~40wt%。本发明通过对现有静电纺丝机进行改进,得到用于制备明胶基微纳米纤维膜材料的螺片式静电纺丝机、弹簧式静电纺丝机、滚筒式静电纺丝机、螺杆式静电纺丝机、转轴式静电纺丝机或齿轮式静电纺丝机。
