(EN) The invention discloses a bearing washing flow line, which comprises a main body workbench and a spraying pump arranged in the main body workbench, wherein six working chambers, including a detergent spraying washing chamber (20), an ultrasonic bubbling washing chamber (30), a spraying rinsing chamber (40), a rinsing drying chamber (50), an antirust spraying chamber (60) and an antirust drying chamber (70), are arranged behind a charge roller bracket on the main body workbench; pneumatic control doors (15) are arranged between the adjacent working chambers; a row of rollers are arranged in each working chamber; a discharge roller bracket is arranged behind the antirust drying chamber; and washing and moving devices in all working chambers are connected with a programmable logic controller (PLC). The whole process of completely washing product is automatically completed, and the whole batch washing process, from washing to rust protection, is automatically completed by the PLC at one time. The bearing washing flow line has the advantages of greatly improving the washing efficiency and the washing quality, reducing intermediate links, effectively washing dead corners in the products, along with low operation and labor intensity.

本发明公开了一种轴承清洗流水线,包括主体工作台,主体工作台上的喷淋泵,主体工作台上在上料辊筒支架后依次设有清洗剂喷淋冲洗室(20)、超声鼓泡清洗室(30)、喷淋漂洗室(40)、漂洗吹干室(50)、喷淋防锈室(60)、防锈吹干室(70)六个工作室,相邻工作室之间设有气动控制门(15),每个工作室内设有一排辊筒,防锈吹干室后面设有下料辊筒支架,各工作室内的清洗和移动装置与可编程控制器相连接。自动完成清洗产品全过程、清洗彻底,整个批量清洗过程由可编程控制器PLC自动控制完成,从清洗到防锈一次自动完成;清洗效率、质量大幅提高、操作劳动强度低、减少中间环节,有效清洗到产品内的死角。
