Abstract:
A low-temperature curable nano-metal ink, comprising: nano-metal particles and an ink carrier; the nano-metal particles are a mixture of nano-indium and nano-silver, and the ink carrier comprises: a solvent, a dispersant, a surfactant, a wetting agent, and a tackifier. Also provided are a preparation method for the nano-metal ink, and an application thereof in preparation of flexible electronic devices. The nano-metal ink combines the advantages of low curing temperature of nano-indium and low surface resistance of nano-silver, can solve the problem of excess curing sintering temperature, and can guarantee excellent conductivity of a sintered circuit.
