(EN) The present invention pertains to a clutch device having an input disk (61), an output disk (62), and a biasing member (63) that presses the input disk (61) onto the output disk (62), wherein the rotational load applied to an output shaft (30) pulls the input disk (61) apart from the output disk (62) against the biasing force of the biasing member (63). Teeth (61a, 62a) are provided to respectivefacing surfaces of the input disk (61) and the output disk (62), said teeth (61a, 62a) overlapping in relation to the other surface and being able to disengage in the shaft direction. The teeth (61a,62a) comprise recessed parts (1) and protruding parts (2), which are continuous in the radial direction and are arranged alternately in the circumferential direction. The recessed parts (1) and protruding parts (2) are formed so as to have a curved surface such that, while the height remains the same, the circumferential width (w) continuously expands in the outward radial direction. The present invention also pertains to a motor unit equipped with the clutch device. As a result, the present invention makes it possible to reduce deformation and damage to disengaging parts, and to improve durability.
