When the two planes (3) and (7) and the cushion seat (8) are folded in the vertical position, the invention object can be used as a bag/backpack. To be used as a chair/backrest, the cushion seat (8) is rotated to a horizontal angle and the two planes (3) and (7) move to an oblique angle transforming the invention into a chair.
