The present invention discloses a machine (1) for preparing beverages, in particular aromatic beverages such as expresso coffee, tea and the like, with minimum energy requirements. The present invention relates to reactive silica nanoparticles comprising an immobilized dye and process for producing them. Accordingly the dye is immobilized onto the silica nanoparticles, during a sol-gel process followed by polymerization and precipitation of the coloured silica nanoparticles. Another object of this invention is a fibre having said silica nanoparticles fixed to it and process obtaining said fibres. The silica nanoparticles incorporating different dyes with different affinities for different fibres immobilized onto silica particles that comprise reactive groups with temperature and p H sensitivity, suitable for various types of fibres, thus allowing the use of a conventional dyeing process, such as the process by exhaustion or by padding followed by fixation. Therefore, the present invention is useful for dyeing textiles in any form, such as loose fibres, yarn, knitwear and woven fabrics.

The methods provide retaining either the antibody or its target in a cell organelle as the site of binding and interaction. By performance of the methods, the binding or non-binding of the antibody to its target molecule within the cell produces a cell phenotype that is detectable at the cell surface via high throughput assays, e.g., flow cytometry. The methods are particularly useful for generating, recovering and providing antibodies that have optimal target molecule binding properties or activities for potential therapeutic use. Methods for generating genetic diversity and increased binding properties for such antibodies are also provided.
