The present invention relates to a novel Streptococcus pyogenes strain producing an NADH oxidase, an NADH oxidase derived from the strain and producing water and a gene thereof, and a method for producing the enzyme, and more specifically, to an NADH oxidase producing water, to a nucleic molecule coding the enzyme, to a vector comprising the nucleic molecule, to a transformant comprising the vector, and to a regeneration of a coenzyme using the NADH oxidase producing water. In addition, it was verified that a high-priced coenzyme is regenerated and repeatedly used through a coupling reaction of an L-arabinitol dehydrogenase producing L-rare saccharides and a novel NADH oxidase producing water, thereby economically producing L-rare saccharides. Further, a purification process can be simplified by using the NADH oxidase producing water to no longer generate byproducts other than water.
