This invention refers to semi-submerged or fully-submerged at controlled depths floating truss structures comprising a multitude of cylindrical or other shape truss members (C, T, Fv, Fh, Fa), most of which have independent buoyancy and are interconnected through fixed or articulated systems-joints (N1-N1a), that facilitate fast and easy assembly-disassembly of members without disturbing near-by members or the truss system. All floating structures of existing state of the art have two common disadvantages, they are rocked from waves and can sink fast when there is some rupture-damage and large volume water-tight compartments that provide critical part of buoyancy are flooded. The floating structures of this invention are practically unsinkable and unaffected from waves, due to the very large number of truss members with independent buoyancy and the very small forces at random directions created from waves on the small volume members, which cancel each other out. The invention enables design-construction of semi-submerged or fully-submerged floating structures, for conventional or special applications, either for waterborne transport or for floating installations of any kind, which will be completely free from these two disadvantages.

The present disclosure describes a novel self adhesive dressing, produced in one piece, to absorb wound exudates from closed or minor superficial wounds, but most importantly to provide postoperative and post traumatic analgesia. Post operative and posttraumatic analgesia can be provided in two forms. 1) With orthogonal longitudinal gaps, of at least equal length to the wound and located at least 2 cm from the wound edges, within the adhesive part of the dressing. 2) With a self adhesive plaster of variable width in the periphery of the central absorbent pad with active analgesic pharmaceutical substance or substances. Both forms achieve absorption of wound exudates from sutured surgical wounds or minor superficial wounds and postoperative as well as posttraumatic analgesia. Their advantages are simple, safe and non traumatic use (no injuries and infections related to needle injuries), easy to use and cheap postoperative analgesia (avoids the use of expensive and cumbersome pump analgesic systems), which can provide reduction in the use of oral and other forms of postoperative and posttraumatic analgesia, as well as improve postoperative mobilization and reduce length of stay especially in orthopedic surgery and most specifically in day case surgery.

The present invention involves the selected aminotetrahydrofurans AE37, AE37Met, AE14 and their enantiomers as original mixed sigma- 1 / muscarinic ligands for the optimization of the anticholinesterasic drugs and more specifically of Donepezil, Galantamine or Rivastigmine. Indeed, these aminotetrahydrofurans exhibited M2 and M3 muscarinic antagonisms against the cholinergic adverse effects of these drugs, which constitute the most limitating factor in the use of these drugs against the symptoms of the Alzheimer's disease (AD). Moreover, by their antagonism of the presynaptic muscarinic M2 cholinergic autoreceptors and their very selective sigma-1 agonism they constitute putative agents for the valorization of the anticholinesterasic drugs and more specifically of Donepezil, Galatamine or Rivastigmine from their present status of drugs acting against the symptoms of AD to the perspective of therapeutic agents against the evolution of AD.
