The invention may be employed as a wheel-engine of a vehicle, comprising functions of internal combustion engine and of non-gradual speed gear-box and directed to the simplification of the construction, lessening of dimensions and depletion of fuel. The drive of propulsion device comprises a propulsion device in the form of a rim (1), mounted with possibility of rotation, a piston engine, placed inside of it, with a block (2) of cylinders having at least one piston (3), installed in it with possibility of reciprocating movement in the direction radial to the axis of rotation (9) of the rim, a mechanism for transmission of the movement of the piston into a rotating movement of the rim. The mechanism for transmission of the movement of the piston into a rotating movement of the rim is equipped with eccentric driving axes (15), mounted on each connecting rod with possibility of swinging and interaction with grooves, made aslant towards the radial about the center of rotation of the rim line on the block of cylinders, or on the levers (19) or turn disks (20) mounted on it and simultaneous interaction with radial grooves, made on swing lever (21), mounted on the center of rotation of the rim on the block of cylinders and equipped as well with at least one overrunning clutch mounted on the swing lever with possibility of interaction with the rim.

The current invention relates to a foam insulating material made of athermanous materials containing expandable styrene polymer particles. The material according to the invention consists of so-called reflector particles and absorption particles. The material according to the invention is especially advantageous in sheet form for thermal insulation and therefore for insulation purposes in buildings, but also for other applications. It is also possible to achieve an improved sound absorption with the material according to the invention.

The present inventions are related to machine - building and are aimed at increase of efficiency and softness of work. The variants of the internal combustion engine include rim, installed with possibility of rotation, and having orbital running-tracks in the form of T-shaped groove of oviform or another, secluded and centrosymmetrical form, embraced by these running-tracks non rotating block of cylinders, radial coming together by combustion chamber and having pistons inside, and also there are connecting- rods, hingedly connected with cylinders and with arranged on cylinder block one- armed levers, where the connecting-rods have pinch rolls on the other ends, contacting with running-tracks. Cylinder block is arranged with possibility of operated displacement from the axis of rim rotation, the engine is provided with means for realization of this displacement. The rim is arranged with the possibility of synchronous, plane-parallel transfer by cycle in diameter less than piston stroke, besides the engine is provided with the means for this transfer.
