The invention relates to devices for producing vibrations in a fluid medium flow and can be used in the chemical, mining and other industries for treating monophase and multiphase media with the purpose of mixing said media and dispersing phases thereof. The inventive hydrodynamic generator for treating fluid media comprises a tubular body (1), a stream-forming attachment (2) and a resonator plate (3) which is cantilever-secured in a body towards the medium flow. Said resonator plate has two projections which are arcwisely bent in opposite directions in such a way that they are closely joined to the inner surface of the pipe, thereby formingthe plate fastener. The aim of the invention is to design a more simple hydrodynamic generator.

The invention relates to the food industry. The inventive method for producing a wafer bread consists in preparing a raw material, in producing, forming and baking a dough, in cutting the thus obtained sheets into separate products and in pre-packing and packaging said products. The dough is produced in a turbo-kneading machine in one-stage process, consisting in mixing water and a raw material, which contains wheaten and rye flour, starch, deodorised vegetable oil, whole dried milk, egg powder, sodium bicarbonate and a salt solution, for 5-8 minutes at a temperature of 20-25°C until a homogenated thin-flowing consistence with humidity of 55-80% and the dough yield ranging from 220 to 560% per 100 weight flour parts, is obtained. The dough is formed by pouring the portion thereof directly on the lower plates of moulds which are connected into a continuously moving chain and on which the dough is baked for 2.5-7.0 minutes at a temperature of 120-250°C. The finished sheets, prior to be cut, are passed through a stress-relieving device. The bread components are taken according to a specified ratio, and a corresponding bread composition can be complemented with an increased amount of table salt, or garlic, or spices and enriched with vitamins and iron, or coconut, or sesame and sunflower seeds.

The invention relates to granulating methods and devices and can be used for producing mineral fertilizers. The inventive granule producing method consists in dispersing a solution, melt or a suspension on a loose material curtain in a moving air medium in a rotating drum provided with internal blades. Air is supplied oppositely to the displacement of granules along the drum axis and a dispersed phase is introduced in the form of a torch, the cross-section area of which is equal to 20-50% of the cross-section area of the drum. The maximum linear dimension of the cross-section area of the torch is approximately equal to the diameter of a circle formed on the drum cross-section by the free ends of the blades. The torch cross-section can be shaped in the form of an oval, the axis of which is equal to the diameter of a circle formed by the free ends of the blades. The inventive drum granulator is provided with a sprayer, the shape of the output orifice of which makes it possible to form a torch having a required cross-section, an air-input nipple being positioned in a discharge chamber and an air-output nipple being positioned in a charging chamber. Said invention makes it possible to reduce the moisture of a final produce and to intensify a granulating process.

This invention belongs to the field of medical technology and it can be used to perform personal halotherapy at room temperature in personal halotherapy assembly or in salt chamber in the treatment and prophylaxis of respiratory tract diseases, allergies and psoriasis, carried out in spas, health centres, sanatoria, hotels as well as at home or in outpatient health institutions. The salt aerosol in the salt chamber is mixed in a continuous process with freshly crushed salt crystals, thus saturating the salt aerosol with salt particles activated with kinetic energy. The therapy mode is adjusted in real-time in the course of the therapy process in the salt chamber by the operator or the patient with the help of the control desk. The personal halotherapy assembly is a small hermetically sealed salt chamber or salt capsule and is intended for one person or an adult along with a child. The whole dry salt aerosol saturation device along with the patient is in a hermetically sealed capsule ensures an individually prescribed and uniformly distributed environment of a salt aerosol, consisting of freshly ground dry salt crystals of NaCl with a size of 0,5-5 μm at a concentration of 0,5-80 mg/m3, around the body of the patient during a 10 to 45 minute salt procedure. During the performance of a salt procedure, the salt capsule is hermetically isolated from the surrounding environment and the saturation of the salt aerosol is carried out autonomously. The control desk (5)is duplicated to the lower part (A) of the personal therapy assembly as well as to the personal console of the patient in the salt therapy room (C). The personal halotherapy assembly may be equipped with wheels that make it easy to transport.
