The present invention relates to the field of ISO containers that are adjustable lengthwise, and more specifically to an optimised use of such adjustable ISO containers. This invention, and the claims related to same, were the subject of a patent application filed in France in late May 2013 by the same applicant and inventor, Mr. Mohamed Sahbi Miled. Figure 1 illustrates a three-dimensional view of the solution, an example of an ISO container according to the present invention in the elongated configuration of same. The invention of the present patent increases the scope of various dental surgery backups and has enabled the use of all forms of imaging, which are nowadays an essential element in the practice of medicine. The invention enables the real-time backup of treatments that have been carried out, thereby facilitating the financial management of treatment costs. The invention relates to a device for underground irrigation and injection of water in the soil, known as a buried diffuser, including an integrated or separate water dosing apparatus. The first component of the invention is the diffuser formed by a cover (1.1.1), a grille (1.1.8) including small-meshed plastic netting having very fine plastic threads, and optionally a directional control valve (1.1.2). A porous layer is integrated into the millimetric space between the cover (1.1.1) and the directional control valve (1.1.2) or between the cover and the grille (1.1.8). The porous layer is formed by aggregate or any other porous material that facilitates the diffusion of the irrigation water in the underlying soil (1.3). The buried diffuser comprises three different models: the diffuser for the irrigation of vegetable crops or any other similar plants (aromatic, medicinal or ornamental) grown in fields or greenhouses; the tank-equipped diffuser for the irrigation of plants (aromatic, medicinal or ornamental) in pots; and the diffuser for the irrigation of tree crops (fruit, forest and ornamental). The second component of the invention is the irrigation water dosing apparatus that can be used to regulate the flow rate of irrigation water that can be effectively diffused by the diffuser. The dosing apparatus can take the form of an integrated apparatus or separate apparatus. The dosing apparatus is formed by a female element (1.2.10) and a male element (1.2.5). A rubber seal (1.2.9) and a porous element (1.2.8) are provided between the aforementioned two elements, said porous element being made from polyurethane or any other flexible, granular or rigid porous material. The dosing apparatuses can include a complementary element made from polyurethane or any other flexible, granular or rigid porous material, known as a filter (1.2.6). The filter is intended to filter the irrigation water in order to prevent the dosing apparatus from becoming clogged. In addition, different dosing apparatus models are provided: an integrated dosing apparatus for the tank-equipped diffuser for potted plants, an integrated dosing apparatus for the irrigation of vegetable crops, and a separate dosing apparatus for the irrigation of tree crops. The aforementioned dosing apparatuses can operate at low (0.05 bar) and very low (0.005 bar) irrigation water pressures and can supply low flow rates (10 millimetres over 24 hours). With the above-mentioned two components, the invention provides a considerable water saving, three times better than with drip irrigation, as well as reducing irrigation frequency (one irrigation per three irrigations with drip irrigation).

In this case it's possible now, to struggle against desertification and the shortage of waters.
