The invention relates to a non-electric safety razor for men or women with a replacement blade dispenser, in which by simply pulling upwards the cap (C) which is retained on the housing (B) by the resilient means (R), said cap slides over the housing, thus revealing the blade-holding head (P) in order to release same from the recess (17) and (18), turning the rear surface of the razor downwards so that the blade or blades are released, gripping the tab (35) of the blade-holding head (P) that is located on the front surface of the razor, pulling same upwards and pivoting same so as to slide over the housing and over the abutment (24), which enables the blade-holding head (P) to be aligned with the blade-guiding frame (H) which contains the replacement blades, said blades being retained in the blade-guiding frame (H) by a bar (65) with rivets (64), after which bending the bar (65) suffices to break same, and thus release the replacement blades, which are conveyed towards the blade-holding head (P) by the notched band (59) of the belt (F) by rotating one of the notched pulleys (57) and (58); as soon as the blade or blades are placed on the blade-holding head (P), gripping the tab (35) and pulling the blade-holding head towards the top of the housing, pivoting same under the pull of the resilient means, and lowering same again in order to enable the assembly of the portions (17) and (18) of the housing with the portions (31) of the blade-holding head; as soon as the latter is in place, pulling the cap upwards and then pivoting same, which under the pull of the elastic means is lowered again and fits onto the housing and the blade holder, the blade or blades thus being sandwiched between the cap and the blade-holding head. The invention relates to a proportional force progressor, which is a system designed for increasing force. Helical gearing (D.T.) is used between the pinions of a group and the pinions of the following group. The pinions of the two groups have the same rotation and the same number of teeth. The scope of application of the pinions with helical gearing (D.T.) should remain momentarily the same. Said principle of progression thus makes it possible to avoid friction and wear. The system with studs (C.P.) and pins (A.X) has pinions with studs (C.P.) that apply pressure to pins (A.X) held by circular gears. The progressive principle of said system relies on the pressure exerted by the pinion, the diameter of which must be larger than that of the pinion which receives the pressure.

The present invention relates to medicine. The invention describes a novel use of Maproptiline in a daily dose of 25 to 75 mg in the treatment of autonomic dysregulation with sympathetic deficiency and, more specifically, symptomatic dysautonomic bradycardia subsequent either to vagal hyperactivity or to sympathetic deficiency. The anticholinergic effect of the molecule can be used to reduce the exaggerated vagal response to vagal stimulation tests. The invention provides a new pharmacological means for the treatment of autonomic dysregulation with sympathetic deficiency, with the added benefit of increasing the heart rate.

The present invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to a novel use of phenobarbital (PhB) in the treatment of autonomic dysregulation disorders. Long-term treatment reduces the sympathetic hyperactivity encountered during tests for stimulating the sympathetic system. The functional clinical improvement as well as the reduction of sympathetic hyperactivity, which was the goal of the sympathetic stimulation tests using low doses of phenobarbital, was remarkable in the preliminary test. Thus, the novel pharmacological prescription reduces the intensity of the essentially neurosensory and cardiovascular functional symptomatology suffered by the patient, and makes it possible above all to have a central anti-sympathetic or peripheral anti-sympathetic effect, and consequently an antihypertensive effect. The invention makes it possible to provide a novel pharmacological prescription for treating autonomic dysregulations such as sympathetic hyperactivity. The beneficial effect of orally administered phenobarbital can be seen at a dose of 0.5 to 1 mg/kg per day. The novel use also relates to preventive treatment of genetic predisposition to primary HTN (arterial hypertension), when faced with a heightened sympathetic response with HTN following stimulation of the central sympathetic system, or in the presence of orthostatic HTN (peripheral sympathetic hyperactivity) despite a normal BP (blood pressure) in basal state according to the WHO.

The present invention relates to medicine. It describes a novel use of Venlafaxine in the treatment of autonomic dysregulations with sympathetic deficit, more specifically symptomatic dysautonomic bradycardia subsequent either to substantial vagal hyperactivity, or to central or peripheral β sympathetic deficits. This molecule is also indicated in the presence of central and/or peripheral α sympathetic deficit responsible for arterial hypotension. The invention makes it possible to provide a novel pharmacological means for treating autonomic dysregulations with sympathetic deficit, with a beneficial effect of Venlafaxine. The novel use of the medicament has an action with a dose of 37.5 to 70 mg taken once a day orally, and thus increases sympathetic activity. The diagnosis of sympathetic deficit is made by means of sympathetic stimulation tests. The effect of the novel use is positive on the central and peripheral alpha and/or beta sympathetic nervous system, thus making it possible to increase AP (arterial pressure) and HR when the latter are abnormally low or when the sympathetic stimulation tests demonstrate a weak response.
