Process for producing studs and pads, embodied by a method for producing studs and pads, pertaining to the field of articles for highway signage. The drawback noted in the current method for producing such devices lies in that these are components made from high-mechanical-strength polyester resin, with mineral fillers, in a production process that is slow and in which the curing time has to be complied with, this furthermore being a process that offers little potential for automation. With a view to remedying this drawback, the subject matter of the present application was developed, which is known as a process for producing studs and pads, the main component of which is polyurethane waste, the process specification comprising the following: polyurethane granules between 5 µm and 30 mm; resin binder in the form of any isocyanate or an isocyanate mixture; a resin:polyurethane percentage of 0.5% to 40%; a working temperature of 50°C to 350°C; a working pressure of 3 kg/cm2 to 200 kg/cm2; and a pressing time of 1 to 120 minutes.

The present invention relates to a recombinant enzyme from Aspergillus brasiliensis associated with the enzymatic epoxide hydrolysis process. The use of this recombinant enzyme allows chiral vicinal diols to be obtained from racemic epoxides in a regioselective and enantioselective way. The two enantiomerically pure vicinal diols obtained are of great interest in synthetic pathways as a key intermediate for producing pharmaceutical compounds used, for example, in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, such as hypertension and arrhythmia, and to combat tumours.

From the thus obtained signal, the central electronic unit (4) actuates the actuator (10) that automatically adjusts the angle of the lateral rear view mirror (3), rotating the mirror about its vertical axis (11) and allowing the driver to have a field of vision (5) that includes the rear part of the assembly of vehicles (1 and 2) even when the vehicles are not aligned, increasing safety and comfort in low-speed and parking maneuvers.

The present invention describes a method for completely extracting the alkaloid fraction (montanine) of Rhodophiala bifida (Herb.) Traub from bulbs of Rhodophiala bifida. The present invention further describes a method for treating inflammation using pharmaceutical compositions containing the alkaloid fraction of Rhodophiala bifida as the active ingredient. The present invention therefore comprises an extraction method that is faster than other extraction methods described in the literature for the alkaloid fraction of Rhodophiala bifida, dispensing with numerous changes of solvent in order to strain the plant, and the use thereof as an anti-inflammatory. The present invention is further characterised by the development of an anti-inflammatory medicinal drug for treating and preventing diseases involving inflammation and/or the local increase in the number of fibroblasts as its etiopathogenesis, such as: rheumatoid arthritis, ulcerative colitis, sepsis, acute pulmonary disease, inflammatory infections, in particular inflammatory and fibrosing diseases related to the lungs and kidneys, osteoporosis, Castleman disease, psoriatic arthritis, juvenile chronic arthritis and other non-specific inflammatory joint diseases.
