The present invention relates to a support for organising surgical instruments in general, mainly for ophthalmological surgery of the rear eye region, such as the vitreous body and the retina, and having variable dimensions, preferably longitudinal and equidistant consecutive divisions, oriented for bilateral or unilateral use, and on which surgical instruments, such as transfusion equipment, tubing, injection syringes, and many others, are supported, attached or inserted. The invention addresses the problem of obtaining synthetic materials to replace wood, which is a threatened resource, and of recycling waste from the processing industry and municipal waste. The claimed solution consists in combining materials having different chemical structures, extracted from recycled waste from the processing industry and municipal waste, in a specific formulation that is thermally processed in an extruder, producing a material with functional features similar to those of wood. The process is characterised in that it combines dirty plastics, that is to say plastics collected at municipal or industrial waste collection sites, and simultaneously reprocesses these materials; the chemical and physical characteristics of each dirty plastic material were investigated and the percentage by weight of each material extracted from recycled waste was studied, giving: 45%-70% PE, HDPE and LDPE, 4%-9% PP, 1%-4% polyester, 0.1%-4% cotton fabric, 0.1%-4% glue and rubber, 4%-18% vegetable fibre and wood, 3%-10% OS, ABS, HIPS, PET, PC, PU, EPS and blister, 0.1%-7% sand, earth and organic waste.

The subject matter of this patent relates to a new type of special intraocular device - or artificial crystalline lens as a replacement for or addition to the natural crystalline lens or a previously implanted intraocular lens - designed for shifting the light beam focussed by the eye structures in a damaged area of the posterior pole of the retina to intact, previously determined areas containing a considerable number of rods and cones in order to improve as much as possible the vision of patients of macular diseases of various origins. The prostheses described in the present patent have a geometric shape and refractive index carefully controlled in order to ensure correct convergence and suitable alteration of the areas having the greater image projection sharpness onto the retina. Given that retinal damages have specific locations in the retina of each patient, the parameters of the intraocular prosthesis for altering the areas of greater image sharpness or for shifting the eye optical axis on the retina must be calculated to cause the alteration of the areas of greater sharpness to the areas of the retina of the individual patient which are most competent optically.
