In the proposed method, which involves a registered user accessing his/her personal page on a website, selecting or creating a section of the website database which corresponds to the theme of a recordable event and inputting information about said event into the section of the database according to the date or the date and time of occurrence of the event, and the subsequent display of this information on a page of the website, information about an event is input in digital form in the form of a rating of the event in question based on a scale given on the website, for example from +10 to -10, and the inputted information is displayed in graphic form, for example in a system of X and Y coordinates, where X is the date or the date and time of occurrence of the event, and Y is the value of the rating of the event, wherein the following are generated and displayed on the user’s personal page: a personal graph, and a collective graph pertaining to website users participating in the building of a database for the event in question via their personal pages of the website, said collective graph showing the average rating of the event.

The universal vessel makes it possible to expand the range of transportable consignments, to shorten the time the vessel spends being loaded and unloaded, to reduce the metal content of the vessel, and to improve the technical and economic and the ecological characteristics of the vessel.

The invention relates to communication systems and can be used for transmitting information to emergency zones. The essence of the invention is that a receiving device obtains its coordinates from a satellite navigation system (for example, GPS) and uses the coordinate values (longitude and latitude) to generate its own personal activation code and format (information decoding algorithm) for receiving information on the relevant standard radio frequency. For the transmission of information to designated subscribers depending on their location, an emergency region and individual ares thereof to which information is to be transmitted are first chosen and demarcated, and then on the area of the chosen region a grid is generated, each cell of which has coordinates. After this, packets of information intended for the subscribers of the chosen area are generated. An information transmission activation code is attached to the start of the packet, said code being generated on the basis of the coordinates of each individual grid cell and being identical to the activation code of the receiving device of the subscriber. Thereafter, the packet of information is transmitted for all the grid cells from a ground station to one or more radio satellites, the operational range of which encompasses the territory of the emergency zone. The radio satellites transmit the packets of information on a standard radio frequency in a format based on the coordinate values of the receiving device. The receiving device is activated upon receipt of an activation code corresponding to the personal activation code generated thereby, and starts to receive and record information transmitted in the respective format. The data may be of any type, for example text, audio, video, or graphics, etc.

The invention relates to the field of producing polymer sorbents having magnetic properties, and can be used for removing petroleum products from a water surface. A magnetic porous sorbent for removing thin petroleum films from a water surface is proposed, said sorbent being produced on the basis of industrial synthetic butadiene rubber SBR, as a result of the modification thereof by an oxidative chlorophosphorylation reaction with subsequent immobilization of magnetite Fe3О4 nanoparticles; and a method for producing a magnetic material is proposed, said method comprising the formation of Fe3О4 nanoparticles by an ion deposition method directly within a porous polymer matrix. The sorbent has a good sorption capacity in relation to thin petroleum films.

The invention relates to the field of engine design, in particular to rotary internal combustion engines, and solves the problem of simplifying the design of an engine and increasing the reliability and operating efficiency thereof. The problem of interest is solved in that in a rotary engine comprising a hollow housing with an inside cylindrical surface, an intake port, an exhaust port and an ignition source, a combustion chamber, a shaft situated on the axis of the inside cylindrical surface of the housing, a cylindrical rotor, and also a spring-loaded separating valve that is in contact with the outside cylindrical surface of the rotor across the entire width of the rotor, the cylindrical rotor is mounted eccentrically on the engine shaft such that it is able to contact with the inside cylindrical surface of the housing, wherein the cylindrical surface of the rotor has a depression situated in proximity to the line of contact of the rotor with the housing, on the side of the line opposite to the direction of rotation of the rotor. In the proposed engine, the depression on the surface of the rotor can be inclined so that the deepest part thereof is located towards the line of contact; at the other end, the incline merges smoothly with the outside surface of the rotor. Furthermore, the rotor can be equipped with a wear-resistant insert situated along the line of contact of the rotor with the inside cylindrical surface of the housing, and the spring-loaded separating valve can be disposed on a pivoted lever.

The additional driving assembly is an internal combustion engine and is embedded into the front wheel, but the control tool comprises the connecting device for occasional connection to the front wheel and starting the additional driving assembly on the go. The additional driving assembly is embodied less powerful, but faster than the main one. It is embodied with two pistons creating upon their opposite movement a common combustion chamber in a block of cylinders. The inventions relate to fast-speed valveless two or four stroke piston internal combustion engines and could be used for vehicles including motorcycles and in generators with achievement of technical result consisting in decrease of overall dimensions, increase of efficiency, capacity and working life, decrease of toxic level of gases emitted in the atmosphere. The valveless internal combustion engine comprises a cylinder-piston unit with at least two pistons and a common combustion chamber created between the crowns of the pistons and connected to intake and exhaust ports. The first modification of the engine comprises connecting rods, two-arm rockers and a crankshaft. That arm of each rocker, which is connected to the piston via the connecting rod, is floatingly sealed with the cylinder and for this purpose is performed, for example, in the form of a tore with the radius from the pivot axis of the rocker. The distance between the pivot axes of the rockers is performed less than double piston stroke. The second modification of the engine comprises rods with press rolls and the common rim with curved contact surface mounted on the main shaft. Each rod is floatingly sealed with the cylinder from the side of skirt part of the piston. The intake port is embodied intercommunicated with the cylinder chambers adjoined to skirt parts of the pistons. The exhaust ports are positioned in the middle part of the common combustion chamber and the engine is supplied with the ring or gate with reciprocal throughput ports. The four-stroke working cycle of the cylinder-piston unit consists of four strokes, the 1st stroke - explosion of fuel mixture in the cylinder with the common combustion chamber and expansion of gases with overrun of the crown of one of the pistons and opening of the exhaust port, the 2nd stroke - exhaust of waste gases, the 3rd stroke - suction of fuel mixture, and the 4th stroke compression of fuel mixture. The working stroke of the other piston is performed by the crown up to the edge of the intake port without its opening, exhaust is performed by means of return stroke and approaching of the same piston with the first one, which is at that kept stopped at the open exhaust port, but suction of the fuel mixture is performed by means of conjoint return idle stroke of the pistons with overrun of the intake port by the crown of the second piston, its stop there and return stroke of the first piston by its crown up to the edge of the exhaust port without opening of the last.

The invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to orthopaedic stomatological devices for tooth implantation. The device for performing a transgingival implantation is in the form of a saddle-like structure comprising a support base and long and short support arms arranged at an identical angle to the base. Openings are formed in the long support arms, and one through-opening with a thread is formed in the short support arms, said openings being formed at an equal distance from the support base and from one another and being intended for screws formed with a pointed end on one side and a hexagon socket head on the other side. With the aid of the screws of the long support arm, the apparatus is fixed on the alveolar ridge. The saddle-like shape of the device is envisaged for fixing the device on the alveolar ridge. The screws are all of identical length. A bush with an internal thread is arranged in the centre of the support base, said bush being intended for connection to a mother cylinder having an inner diameter which corresponds to the outer diameter of the implant. The bush moves only in the direction of the support arms. A daughter cylinder having an inner diameter equal to the outer diameter of a drill for forming a recess in the bone underneath the implant is arranged in the mother cylinder. The movement of the daughter cylinder in the mother cylinder in the clockwise direction and along the vertical during drilling of the bone is limited with the aid of a "lock". The "lock" is produced with the aid of a point projection on the surface of the daughter cylinder and an L-shaped groove located in the inner surface of the mother cylinder. The device also comprises special extension arms intended for determining the position of the mother cylinder relative to the latter screws of the long support arm.
