The invention refers to laser scanning device in which for scanning of the ray image along the axis X is used a rotating hexahedral reflecting prism, driven by DC electric motor with a circuit, improving the stabilization of the turns. An electronic system for regulation of the line's length along the axis X is elaborated. Another electronic system is designed for equalizing of the values of the laser density power along the axis X at optimal line's length, aiming at equalizing of the illumination doses of the treated surface. The invention can be implemented in Medicine for prophylactics and therapy by apparatus for automated laser bio-stimulation of the man, in cosmetics, as well as in agriculture for bio-stimulation of seeds and plants after germination on industrial scale, leading to higher crops at reduced norms of fertilizers and watering.
