PCT/TN2013/000001JOUINI, Mohamed Ben AttiaJOUINI, Mohamed Ben Attia
This conclusion to obtain the element of the new invention is meant to support and ensure the continuity of the process of combating desertification and to contribute to the blockage of sand advance. It is also meant to protect what has been produced of vegetation and plants, and to ensure the continuity of employing the work force and operating the available equipment devoted for that purpose. Indeed, the sustainability of water provision is a guarantee for the biological life as God says:" We made from water every living thing". Where everything depends on the willpower of man and access by the power of science.

PCT/TN2014/000001GUETARI, SamiGUETARI, Sami
The invention relates to an omega-3 food supplement based on marine oil (fish, fish coproducts, mollusks, krill, algae, microalgae) for controlling hypercholesterolemiae and lipoprotein disturbances. The invention also relates to the optimisation of the preventive lipid score of at least one omega-3 food supplement by adding a vegetable oil or marine oil having a low or high preventive lipid score. Said measure allows the production of a product that has the correct balance of fatty acids and will have a better effect on cardiovascular diseases, this type of diseases being the cause of the highest human mortality of industrialised countries, amounting to approximately 180,000 deaths per year in France, which is 32% of total deaths. This product may be prescribed within the scope of a diet for the prevention and/or cure of atheroscleroses leading to cardiovascular diseases.

5. WOWO/2013/119188 - USE OF RFID CHIPS AND QR CODES FOR MANAGING CLINICAL AND MEDICAL DATA IN DENTAL SURGERY15.08.2013

PCT/TN2012/000002ZAHAR, MaherZAHAR, Maher
The input, recording, backup and use of data in the practice of dental surgery are very important elements in the practice of this discipline and related specialties. The invention of the present patent was designed in order to facilitate the backup and reuse of said data, is based on storage media, i.e. QR codes and/or RFID chips, and provides a dental record medium for the patient that can be accessed by any practitioner involved in the care of the patient. In addition, the patient does not need to carry radiological or biological test media during consultations. The invention of the present patent increases the scope of various dental surgery backups and has enabled the use of all forms of imaging, which are nowadays an essential element in the practice of medicine. The invention enables the real-time backup of treatments that have been carried out, thereby facilitating the financial management of treatment costs. Finally, given that the array of treatments used in dental surgery and the specialties of this discipline is continuously expanding, the invention of the present patent enables practitioners to gain direct access to reports that have been devised and actions that have been carried out. The invention of the present patent fully satisfies the requirements of the medical laws.

6. WOWO/2013/100866 - DEVICES FOR UNDERGROUND IRRIGATION AND INJECTION OF WATER IN THE SOIL, INCLUDING A SUITABLE WATER DOSING SYSTEM04.07.2013
A01G 25/06
PCT/TN2012/000005CHAHBANI TECHNOLOGIES SA (CHAHTECH)
The invention relates to a device for underground irrigation and injection of water in the soil, known as a buried diffuser, including an integrated or separate water dosing apparatus. The first component of the invention is the diffuser formed by a cover (1.1.1), a grille (1.1.8) including small-meshed plastic netting having very fine plastic threads, and optionally a directional control valve (1.1.2). A porous layer is integrated into the millimetric space between the cover (1.1.1) and the directional control valve (1.1.2) or between the cover and the grille (1.1.8). The porous layer is formed by aggregate or any other porous material that facilitates the diffusion of the irrigation water in the underlying soil (1.3). The buried diffuser comprises three different models: the diffuser for the irrigation of vegetable crops or any other similar plants (aromatic, medicinal or ornamental) grown in fields or greenhouses; the tank-equipped diffuser for the irrigation of plants (aromatic, medicinal or ornamental) in pots; and the diffuser for the irrigation of tree crops (fruit, forest and ornamental). The second component of the invention is the irrigation water dosing apparatus that can be used to regulate the flow rate of irrigation water that can be effectively diffused by the diffuser. The dosing apparatus can take the form of an integrated apparatus or separate apparatus. The dosing apparatus is formed by a female element (1.2.10) and a male element (1.2.5). A rubber seal (1.2.9) and a porous element (1.2.8) are provided between the aforementioned two elements, said porous element being made from polyurethane or any other flexible, granular or rigid porous material. The dosing apparatuses can include a complementary element made from polyurethane or any other flexible, granular or rigid porous material, known as a filter (1.2.6). The filter is intended to filter the irrigation water in order to prevent the dosing apparatus from becoming clogged. In addition, different dosing apparatus models are provided: an integrated dosing apparatus for the tank-equipped diffuser for potted plants, an integrated dosing apparatus for the irrigation of vegetable crops, and a separate dosing apparatus for the irrigation of tree crops. The aforementioned dosing apparatuses can operate at low (0.05 bar) and very low (0.005 bar) irrigation water pressures and can supply low flow rates (10 millimetres over 24 hours). With the above-mentioned two components, the invention provides a considerable water saving, three times better than with drip irrigation, as well as reducing irrigation frequency (one irrigation per three irrigations with drip irrigation).

7. WOWO/2013/055299 - ALL-IN-ONE STATIONERY - ENVELOPE AND WRITING PAPER18.04.2013
B42D 15/08
PCT/TN2012/000004BEN MAHJOUB, SoufianBEN MAHJOUB, Soufian
The subject of the present invention is an all-in-one piece of stationery made up of an envelope (Zone B) and of writing paper (Zone A) on the same medium, which is intended for sending transactional or advertising postal correspondence. An envelope for posting is formed simply by folding along the lines (1), (2) and (3) and then by cross-folding along the line (4), the envelope being sealed by sticking down the edges (5), (6), (7) and (8). To make it easier to open the envelope and to detach the writing paper (Zone A) from the envelope part (Zone B), a continuous perforation along the line (9) is provided after the envelope has been sealed or, alternatively, by the juxtaposition of the perforations (11) with the complementary incisions (12). Zone B may be made up of two parts, the first intended to bear the address or any other personalized message during the printing operation (Zone B1), and a second that can remain neutral (Zone B2).

8. WOWO/2013/025180 - [60]FULLERENE AND ITS USE TO MAINTAIN GOOD HEALTH AND TO PROLONG THE EXPECTED LIFESPAN OF MAMMALS21.02.2013
A23L 1/03
PCT/TN2012/000003MOUSSA, FathiMOUSSA, Fathi
A water-insoluble fullerene is at least partially dissolved in a biocompatible lipid carrier, especially a fat or an oil such as butter, olive oil, and liquid paraffin. When administered to mammals, the fullerene, most preferably [60]fullerene dissolved in olive oil, scavenges free radicals and prolongs life span in rats.

PCT/TN2011/000005BEN ATTIA JOUINI, MohamedBEN ATTIA JOUINI, Mohamed
This invention contains many methods that will change the earth into another earth and will be protect the areas threatened by the desertification and bareness. 1. Anti-desertification is an important issue and desertification is a catastrophe in many countries especially in the Arab countries. Lands should be fertilized. 2. Human stabilization is an obligation. 3. Desert areas could and should be transformed into water reservoirs 4. The invention allows for thousands of jobs and will counter exodus. 5. Crops will be guaranteed, including in draught years. Biological products can be obtained and exported. 6. Energy generation will find new resources in the invention. 7. The invention development will allow for the cancel or at least lightening of the costly desalination stations. In this case it's possible now, to struggle against desertification and the shortage of waters.
