The efficacy of cumin (cumin cyminum 1.) seeds oil encapsulated in acacia sengal gum powder was investigated in treating malaria disease due falcipram parasite. Clinical trials were conducted in sudan by D.Sedeeg Alkhalefa Bushara clinic. Results from trials collected over a total of 6 months including after- treatment follow-up has revealed an outstanding curing effect of tablets formed of cumin oil encapsulated in acacia sengal gum powder Treatment dose 8 tablets- 2 tablets first then one tablet every 8 hours (each tablet contains 400 mg cumin oil encapsulated in 200 mg acacia sengal gum powder). 1- All treated patients symptoms subsided in 8 hours from commence of treatment. 2- No registration of relapse in period of 6 months. 3- No registration for any side defect of treatment by following the vital organ. It was thus concluded that cumin (cuminum 1.) seeds oil is a final cure for malaria in its all stages.

||PCT/SD2007/000003||EL FATIH OSMAN, Hassan||EL FATIH OSMAN, Hassan|
The present study reports and for the first time that very low concentrations of Citric Acid in an aqueous solution have demonstrated high efficacy in treating a number of noxious diseases most important of which are Malaria, Bronchial Asthma and AIDS (as supplement). Such pharmaceutical activity was noted to be an indirect one. It is thus speculated that citric acid stimulates and boosts the body immune system to initiate production of respective anti-bodies for each case separately. In the absence of foreign bodies in the system no response is evident. Thus it was claimed that a pharmaceutically active preparation containing Citric Acid at 0.05% concentration could be used for manufacturing a medicaments for effectively and permanently curing a number of difficult to control diseases.

This invention relates to a method to implement MIMO in wireless Network to Network communications. The method is incorporated in a WIMAX architecture intended for macrocell broadband services. MIMO is realized through virtual multipath created by large scale integration of network RF terminals as virtual antenna units. The WIMAX architecture is organized into three layers: Base stations, Access points and End users. The method is deployed in communication between these layers (End users/ Access points in a MIMO-MU model and Access points/ Base stations in a MIMO-SU model). The Access points' layer therefore acts as interface between the two layers. The architecture deploys SFN-MIMO-OFDM baseband frame and uses fast link feedback between MIMO processors to enhance TDD.

The efficacy of Ketoprofen was investigated in treating Hemorrhoids in its various forms, stages and clinical symptoms. Clinical trials were conducted in Sudan at Sadiq Abu Aagla out-patient clinic. Results from trials Data collected over a total of 6 months including after-treatment follow-up has revealed an outstanding healing effect of a 2.5% preparation of Ketoprofen dissolved in Glycerine. All treated patients fully recovered from all symptoms including pain in a period of 4 -14 days from commence of treatment. There was no relapse noted for any of the hemorrhoids clinical manifestations whatsoever within a period of 6 months after commences of treatment. It was thus concluded that Ketoprofen is a final cure for Hemorrhoids in all its stages and that it eliminates the need for surgery.

|10.||WO||WO/2006/098662 - THE SOLAR MINARET||21.09.2006||
|PCT/SD2006/000002||HASSAN, Nazar, M.||HASSAN, Nazar, M.|
The solar chimney has been redesigned to perform with an improved technical as well as economical feasibility. The new design named the 'Solar Minaret' comprises one or more modified flat-plate solar collectors within the draft tube (chimney) to increase the working temperature of the rising air up to four folds. The flat-plate collector is also designed with a conical shape, which results in a converging passage to the rising air. This will ensure the introduction of a pull-up force exerted on the rising air, which will balance the pressure drop caused by the wind turbine. Utilizing underground tunnels fitted with evaporative and/or fog cooling systems, the new higher working air density will also contribute to the increase of the air mass passing through the pressure turbine. In our new design and for a chimney height not exceeding 40 meters, the air speed could be increased up to 25 folds. And for a much shorter chimney/draft tube (ratio ≈ 1:7), the construction cost of the solar minaret becomes more economically feasible for the same electricity output.
