The present invention is related to the process for preparing biodegradable materials, namely poly (lactic acid) having molecular weight from 50000 to 350000 g.mol-1 and optical purity from 60 to 99%, with yields above 70% and reaction times below 30 h, by polymerization using melt polycondensation of lactic acid monomers using multifunctional agents, which comprises the following steps: a) a partial lactic acid distillation and simultaneous self-condensation carried out at atmospheric pressure or under vacuum, at increasing temperature up to 160-180°C, under inert atmosphere, with stirring; and b) a further melt polycondensation by adding a polycondensation catalyst, a thermal stabilizer and performing a simultaneous stepwise increase in vacuum to below 15 mbar and temperature up to 180-200°C, under inert atmosphere and stirring; wherein during the whole process an efficient removal of the byproduct water from the vapour phase is achieved by connecting to the polymerization vessel a reflux column containing a heat-transfer fluid, which allow the reflux of monomer, lactide ans small oligomers.

The present invention provides a fungicidal composition comprising a mixture of dimethomorph (compound I) and propamocarb hydrochloride (compound II) in the form of a suspension concentrate containing 72 g/L to 90 g/L of dimethomorph and 400 g/L to 500 g/L of propamocarb-HCl. The present invention also relates to a method to treat crops by applying 144 g/ha to 180 g/ha of dimethomorph and 800 g/ha to 1000 g/ha of propamocarb hydrochloride. The composition is preferably used for treating potato late blight (Phythophtora infestans), tomato downy mildew (Phythophtora infestans) and lettuce downy mildew (Bremia lactucae).

The proposed invention concerns anti-corrosion coatings for magnesium alloys, used in automotive and aeronautic industry, and their preparation method. In particular, it relates to the coatings composition, the films formed over the substrate and the anti-corrosion, properties of the overall system when immersed in an aggressive electrolyte. More specifically, the coatings consist of an epoxy component (e.g. Poly (bisphenol A-co-epichlorohydrin), glycidyl end-capped), a silane (e.g. AminoPropylTriEthoxySilane, APTES and an amine (e.g. Diethylenetriamine, DETA), in organic solvents. The coating solution can be applied to the magnesium alloys substrates by dip-coating or spraying, followed by thermal curing in a specific range of conditions. The thickness of the coating varies from 5 to 20 micrometers. The magnesium alloys coated with such films have an excellent resistance to corrosion and after one-month immersion in sodium chloride their performance is remarkably higher compared to conventional coatings, as presented in the state of the art.

The present invention relates to a hook teaser designed, in particular, for fishing with soft plastic bait, colloquially known as soft lure fishing. The hook teaser is characterised by a flat and smooth surface blade (1) to which a weight (11) is attached and through the upper, inside portion of which blade (1) a metal body having a circular cross-section (10, 14, 15) with two fittings (10, 15) extends, the fittings (10, 15) being located at both ends, causing the blade (1) to be disposed at an oblique angle (7) relative to the metallic body having a circular cross-section (10, 14, 15) and propelling the hook (5, 6) through the water with a more natural motion, identical to that of live bait, and therefore causing the soft plastic bait to move through the water in a more realistic manner, similar to that of a living and/or weakened fish. The hook teaser aims at remedying the complete absence of products allowing the movement of soft plastic bait used in this kind of fishing to be artificially "animated".
