The invention relates to bicycle machinery and is assigned to additional electric bicycle gears when the bicycle is additionally powered by the roller of the electric drive mechanism, pressed to the bicycle wheel tire. The drive consists of the housing (1), the mounting unit (2), the drive mechanism (4), the suppression unit (3) and the additionally built-in battery (10), and the electronics unit (9). The drive mechanism (4) consists of the electric motor (14) with the external rotor (15), the drive roller (18) and the cylindrical enclosure (17), inside of which the outer rotor (15) is rigidly mounted and the drive roller(18) is mounted on the outside. The drive mechanism (4) is mounted within the cylindrical enclosure (17) with rolling bearings in the retainer (6) of the drive mechanism (4). The mounting unit (2) consists of the connecting (19) and the clamping (20) parts interconnected with the hinge (21), and the lock unit (22). The holder (5) of the mounting unit (2) has the axis (23) on which the connecting part (19) of the mounting unit (2) is assembled. The lock unit (22) consists of the sleeve (24) with a screw hole perpendicular to the axis of the cylinder, and the screw (25) with the hinge for the attachment of the handle (26). A general method is proposed that permits incorporation of a photocaged selenocysteine residue in any desired position(s) of a protein utilizing UAG codon suppression by a genetically modified yeast strain. The protein carrying the selenocysteine residue(s) caged with a photoreactive nitrobenzyl group is expressed and purified from the yeast cells. The caging group is removed by illumination with UV light leaving the selenocysteine in place (inside cells or in purified protein preparation). The proposed method has a potential to simplify the synthesis of selenoproteins and therefore expand their biotechnological and biopharmaceutical utilization.˙

A collector (9) is designated for collecting produced biogas and is connected to a supply line that supplies biogas as fuel to an internal combustion engine connected to an electricity generator (10). For the combustion of the evolved combustible gas, the main gas burner (11) is installed in the second combustion chamber (6) and an additional plasma- gas burner (13) connected with a plasma source and gas tank (14) is mounted. The combustion air is preheated.

The invention is related to supporting means of window and/or door frames in an insulating layer in a wall opening of a building, in particular for supporting frames of windows and/or doors in an adjustable manner by means of a bracket device being made of a material having a particularly low thermal conductivity coefficient and providing possibility to adjust position of a window and/or a door during their operation, wherein the bracket device is designed to support a window and/or door in an opening of a wall insulating construction of a building. The bracket device consists of the fiberglass bar (4), which is mounted on the load carrying construction (1) of a wall by securing it with fasteners (6), where thermal conductivity of said fiberglass material is 0.32 W/mK, the support leg (5) made of the fiberglass material, which is used when the bar (4) has to project into the insulation layer (2) zone at a greater length and which is fixed to the bar (4) using rivets (10), the threaded element (7) for adjusting distance between the bar (4) and a window frame (11) which is accessed when mounting woks is done from the mounting side of a window, a nut (8) for securing a position of the threaded element (7), the bridge (9) on which a window and /or door frame (11) is positioned and which is secured to a frame (11) with cover screws (14). Otherwise, the distance between frame (11) and the bar (4) is regulated with the special threaded element (16), which position is adjustable with a key (18) through a hole (17) in a frame (11) and doesn't change with respect to a bridge (9), but is moving perpendicularly with respect to the bar (4). The special threaded element (16) is fixed with a washer (15).
