(EN)The invention is in the field of therapeutic treatment of tumours. The inventors have found that microvesicles derived from adult stem cells exert a remarkable anti-tumour effect when administered to a patient affected by a tumour disease. Preferred microvesicles are derived from a bone marrow-mesenchymal stem cell, a glomerular mesenchymal stem cell or a non-oval liver stem cell.
(FR)La présente invention a trait au domaine du traitement thérapeutique des tumeurs. Les inventeurs ont découvert que des microvésicules dérivées de cellules souches adultes exercent un effet antitumoral remarquable lorsqu'elles sont administrées à un patient souffrant d'une maladie tumorale. Des microvésicules préférées sont dérivées d'une cellule souche mésenchymateuse de moelle osseuse, d'une cellule souche mésenchymateuse glomérulaire ou d'une cellule souche de foie non ovale.
