Abstract:

(EN)The actuator (10) comprises a body (12), an output member (14) slidably received in the body (12) along- a first axis (Xl), an electric motor (18) arranged to set into rotation a motor shaft (20) about a, second axis (X2) and a motion conversion mechanism (22) for converting the rotary motion produced by the electric motor (.18) about the second axis (X2) into a translational motion of the output member (14) along the first axis (Xl). The motion conversion mechanism (22) includes a driving pulley (24) which is drivingly connected for rotation with the motor shaft (20) and an elongated mechanical transmission member which is wound onto the driving pulley (24) and is fastened at its two opposite ends to the output member (14) to draw this latter in either direction along the first axis (Xl) as a result of the rotation of the driving pulley (24) in either direction. The output member (14) is shaped as a rod and is received in a cylindrical cavity (16) of the body (12) so as to project partially therefrom. The elongated mechanical transmission member (2S) is fastened to the output member (14) at axially opposite points of this latter with respect to the driving pulley (24).
(FR)L'invention porte sur un actionneur (10) comprenant un corps (12), un élément de sortie (14) reçu de manière coulissante dans le corps (12) le long d'un premier axe (X1), un moteur électrique (18) disposé pour entraîner en rotation un arbre moteur (20) autour d'un second axe (X2) et un mécanisme de conversion de mouvement (22) pour convertir le mouvement de rotation produit par le moteur électrique (18) autour du second axe (X2) en un mouvement de translation de l'élément de sortie (14) le long du premier axe (X1). Le mécanisme de conversion de mouvement (22) comprend une poulie d'entraînement (24) qui est reliée par entraînement pour une rotation avec l'arbre moteur (20) et un élément de transmission mécanique allongé qui est enroulé sur la poulie d'entraînement (24) et qui est fixé à ses deux extrémités opposées sur l'élément de sortie (14) pour tirer ce dernier dans l'une ou l'autre des directions le long du premier axe (X1) en réponse à la rotation de la poulie d'entraînement (24) dans l'une ou l'autre des directions. L'élément de sortie (14) se présente sous la forme d'une tige et est reçu dans une cavité cylindrique (16) du corps (12), de façon à faire saillie partiellement à partir de celle-ci. L'élément de transmission mécanique allongé (26) est fixé à l'élément de sortie (14) à des points axialement opposés de ce dernier par rapport à la poulie d'entraînement (24). De préférence, les premier et second axes (X1, X2) sont parallèles entre eux et le mécanisme de conversion de mouvement (22) comprend en outre une paire de poulies de guidage (28) interposées entre la poulie d'entraînement (24) et l'élément de sortie (14) pour dévier chacun la direction d'une longueur respective de l'élément de transmission mécanique allongé (26) d'une direction transversale à une direction axiale.
