Abstract:
(EN) A Mn-Si-Cr steel with complex-phase structure of non-continuous ferrite and granular bainite, which are formed in the air cooling procedure, contains C (0.06-0.13 wt.%), Mn (1.9-2.6 wt.%), Si (0.6-1.5 wt.%), Cr (0-2 wt.%), V (0-0.15 wt.%), Al (0-0.25 wt.%), Nb (0-0.15 wt.%), Ti (0-0.1 wt.%), B (0-0.015 wt.%), N (0-0.1 wt.%), Ni (0-1.2 wt.%), Mo (0-0.8 wt.%) and Fe (the balance).

本发明属于合金钢设计领域,涉及锰-硅-铬系空冷粒状贝氏体与铁素体复相钢。采用C、Mn、Si作为主要合金元素,再加入Cr、V、Al、B、Mo、Ni元素之一种或几种,其余为Fe,其特征在于,还同时加入Nb、Ti、N元素,在空冷过程中得到由非连续状的仿晶界型铁素体与粒状贝氏体构成的复相组织;其配比组分的重量%为:C:0.06~0.13%;Mn:1.90-2.60%;Si:0.60-1.50%;Cr:0-2.0%;V≤0.15%;Al≤0.25%;0<Nb≤0.15%;V≤0.15%;0<Ti≤0.10%;B≤0.015%;0<N≤0.10%及Ni≤1.2%、Mo≤0.8%;余量为Fe。本发明钢种在空冷过程中得到由非连续状的仿晶界型铁素体与粒状贝氏体构成的复相组织;该钢在无控轧控冷、热处理的条件下,该钢还可代替机械行业相近性能的调质钢,也可用作低合金钢耐磨件等。
