(EN)The invention mainly relates to a method for manufacturing a polypeptide with the formula: (III) X1-X"-X2, in which X1 and X2 are each a peptide fragment, and X" is an amino-acid residue comprising a thiol function, said method including at least one step of reacting a ligation between a polypeptide with the formula: (I) X1-N(CH2CH2SH)2 and a polypeptide with the formula: (II) H-X"-X2. The invention also relates to polypeptides with the formula (I) as well as to the method for obtaining same and to resin substrates suitable for obtaining same.
(FR)L'invention concerne principalement un procédé de fabrication d'un polypeptide de formule : (III) X1-X"-X2 X1 et X2 représentant chacun un fragment peptidique, et X" représentant un résidu d'acide aminé comportant une fonction thiol, ledit procédé comprenant au moins une étape de réaction de ligation entre un polypeptide de formule : (I) X1-N(CH2CH2SH)2 et un polypeptide de formule : (II) H-X"-X2. L'invention concerne également les polypeptides de formule (I) eux- mêmes et leur procédé d'obtention, ainsi que des supports de résine adaptés à leur obtention.
