Abstract:

(EN)In a cold cathode electronic tube with optical control, the transmitters (1), having nanometric and/or micrometric dimensions and having an elongated shape, include a structure comprising a first carbon-type material (4) with an sp2 symmetry, and a second metallic material (3), said first material being in contact with and encircling said second material at its summit (s) and on the whole length of the transmitter or at least on one portion of said length, from the summit to the base (b). The second material has a plasma frequency substantially equal to or higher than the frequency of the optical control wave.
(FR)Dans un tube électronique à cathode froide à commande optique, les émetteurs (1), de dimensions nanométriques et/ou micrométriques, de forme allongée ont une structure comprenant un premier matériau (4) de type carbone à symétrie sp2, et un deuxième matériau métallique (3), ledit premier matériau étant en contact et entourant ledit deuxième matériau à son sommet (s) et sur toute la longueur de l'émetteur ou au moins une partie de ladite longueur partant de son sommet vers la base (b). Le deuxième matériau a une fréquence de plasma sensiblement égale ou supérieure à la fréquence de l'onde optique de commande.
